Please set aside about 3 hours for full grooming and 1.5 hours for basic grooming or bath services.
At Bosu, we take a calm, attentive approach because your dog’s comfort and wellbeing come first. That means we never rush the grooming process, and we take the time to care for every pup thoughtfully.

Your dog’s safety is always a top priority for us. Our holding area is supervised, and dogs are kept comfortably separated to help prevent stress and avoid any potential accidents.

We’ll start with a gentle pre-assessment to get to know your dog a little better. This helps us check for things like skin sensitivities, signs of stress, or any existing injuries, so we can make the grooming experience as safe and comfortable as possible.

If we notice active fleas or ticks, we will reject to perform the grooming session.
This helps us keep the environment safe and comfortable for every dog in our care. Once your pup has started treatment, you’re always welcome to check back in with us. If you’re unsure what to do next, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to guide you.

Yes — our groomer is certified by the Singapore Kennel Club (SKC) and is trained to handle dogs with care, patience, and safety in mind.

For now, Bosu Town is best suited for small to medium-sized dogs due to facilities limitations. To make sure every grooming session is safe, calm, and comfortable, we’re currently unable to take in large breeds. We really appreciate your understanding and hope to serve more pups as we grow.
